SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
Each work of DOM VECHERA is individually prepared and packed for shipment with particular care.
Available works are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the individual work's listing. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size and weight of the work.
Because many works are singular, sculptural, or substantial in weight, shipping requirements may vary from one object to another.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Every work is carefully inspected before leaving the House and packed with the particular requirements of ceramic objects in mind.
In the unlikely event that a work arrives damaged, please contact DOM VECHERA within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the work, the shipping carton, interior packaging, and shipping label.
Please retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
Where damage occurred in transit, DOM VECHERA will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
RETURNS
We want each work to be considered carefully before it becomes part of your collection.
Returns of eligible works may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Works must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the work arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A return must be authorized by DOM VECHERA before it is sent. Please contact the Private Desk with your order information to begin a return.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original method of payment after the work has been received and inspected.
PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
Private commissions, personalized works, and works made specifically at the request of a collector are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
Any additional final-sale designation will be stated on the individual work's listing before purchase.
VARIATION & THE EVIDENCE OF THE HAND
Every work of DOM VECHERA is individually formed by hand.
Irregular edges, asymmetry, visible tool marks, surface variation, glaze movement, firing marks, and subtle differences in form are intentional characteristics of the work. They are part of the individual character of each object and are not considered defects.
Where a work is shown individually, the object photographed is the object the collector will receive unless otherwise stated.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DOM VECHERA currently ships within the United States.
International collectors may contact the Private Desk regarding a particular work. Where international shipment can be arranged, the purchaser is responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
QUESTIONS REGARDING A WORK
